The platform is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in 5 languages: French, English, Polish, Korean and Simplified Chinese. You are free to provide your personal data or to remain anonymous. In both cases, however, it will be requested to create a secured box in the system to facilitate further exchanges and guarantee the confidentiality of the information.

WHO CAN MAKE A REPORT?
The Whistleblowing System is open to the following individuals:
- Internal Technicolor employees (employees, former employees, applicants);
- External and occasional Technicolor employees (employees on secondment and temporary staff, agents and representatives, etc.);
- Technicolor shareholders and board members;
- Staff members, members of the administrative, management or supervisory bodies of Technicolor’s co-contractors and their subcontractors (service providers, suppliers).
WHAT CAN I REPORT?
You can report any fact that will constitute:
- A felony or an offence; or
- A threat or harm to the public interest; or
- A violation or an attempt to conceal a violation of national, European or international laws and regulations; or
- A breach or a situation contrary to the Code or the anti-corruption policy; or
- A risk of serious harm to human rights, fundamental freedoms, personal health and safety or the environment.
These events may have occurred within the frame of activities at Technicolor or in connection with the activities of Technicolor or its subcontractors and suppliers.
The variety of situations that may give rise to an alert makes it impossible to give an exhaustive description, but they may, for example, concern situations in the following areas:
- Discrimination, sexual or moral harassment.
- Corruption, conflicts of interest, gifts or invitations, international economic sanctions, breaches of competition law.
- Fraud, misuse of corporate assets, money laundering, disclosure of sensitive information.
- Violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms, health, safety, hygiene, personal security, and the environment.
Please note that some facts cannot be reported through the Whistleblowing System. For example, a report cannot be based on:
- a simple internal malfunction within the company;
- dissatisfaction, including employee dissatisfaction with their performance appraisal or career development, except in the case of a breach of regulations. In this case, you can contact your direct or indirect line manager or the Human Resources department in the usual way.
Facts, information, and documents covered by medical secrecy, the secrecy of judicial deliberations, the secrecy of judicial investigations or the professional secrecy of lawyers cannot be reported.
REMEMBER
- Report and identity of whistleblower and people involved are confidential
- On the platform, you may also remain anonymous
- There is no retaliation against whistleblowers for reports made in good faith
