In honor of the remarkable accomplishments of women at Technicolor India, a series of events was organized for all employees to partake in on this International Women’s Day. These events serve not only as a platform for recognition but also as a catalyst for furthering our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
To uphold the #InspireInclusion theme for 2024, Technicolor India reaffirmed its dedication to cultivating a workplace ethos that champions diversity and inclusion as core principles. To mark the occasion, we extended an invitation to our female colleagues to work remotely on 8 March, while encouraging them to wear purple the day before—a hue symbolizing empowerment, ingenuity, and unity.

“Inclusion and equity for women is one of the most important purposes I strive for. Access to affordable healthcare, education, digital literacy, and financial inclusion are some of the key areas that require intense focus in our walk towards equity for women. I have always loved working with womxn. I love meeting womxn and their conversations always add something precious to my life. Our diversity in race, background, professions, struggles, and experiences converge to enrich the lives we lead, and the lives we influence.”
