About the Speakers:
Deepannita Manna began her animation journey with a diploma in animation and has enjoyed a career spanning over 12 years. Since 2012, she has made significant contributions to the animation industry. Hailing from the vibrant city of Kolkata, Deepanita has worked on various projects, including feature films and TV series, as an animator and has also led talented teams to bring stories to life. Currently, she is working as a team lead with Mikros Animation in Bengaluru, India. Outside the studio, Deepanita’s passion for travel has taken her to some of the most breathtaking places on Earth. Through her travels, she has imbibed diverse cultures, people, and lifestyles, gaining experiential knowledge that enriches her day-to-day work.
Arjun Babu is a highly skilled animation professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. He is certified in in-between, 2D, and 3D animation from the renowned Toon Animation. His expertise is further solidified by his academic background, having graduated from the Melbourne Institute of Business and Technology. His comprehensive understanding of animation techniques, allows him to contribute effectively to both the creative and strategic aspects of the industry.
